ABOUT
Born and raised in the Lower East Side, I went to play basketball professionally after graduating from the Duquesne University on a full scholarship with a degree in Marketing. I played in the NCAA as well as internationally in the Philippines and Germany, just to name a few. I always say that our body is our safest investment. Spending time in the gym is not sufficient, we have to do it in a smart way. I was always very passionate about fitness, and I keep on learning more about the best ways to train, to recuperate, and to maintain my body. Now, as a Certified Health Optimization Specialist, I want to share my knowledge with you and help you get fitter, stronger and feel better about yourselves.
MY PUBLICATIONS

"For NYCitywoman, Devone has fine-tuned the dozen exercises below for women over 50. If you have the time, do all exercises as a circuit. Otherwise, focus on the exercises that address the areas bedeviling you. All you need are six or seven feet of space and a half hour or more to complete the circuit, as well as a foam exercise mat, a weighted jump rope and 2, 3, or 5 pound free weights."

Tag Team Training allows you to push yourself harder, to encourage and get encouraged, and to see that you share similar difficulties and overcome them together. Some exercices will be the same for both partners, and some will be specific to their body need and aspirations.”
